Item Spec 

• Solid Sterling Silver
• Sizes H-W Available custom can be ordered via inbox. 
• 5/6mm bezels
• 20" chain 

Please note we only need

• half a teaspoon of ashes per piece
• pinch of hair & fur
• small pinch of fibers from blankets clothes etc

Processing

All you need to do is pick the pieces you’d like colour and or any sparkle extras you’d like add your ring size if needed (if you don’t know your size, please tick unsure and a ring sizer will be sent out for you)

Then your pack will be sent out to you via first class royal mail with everything you need inside,

The kit contains:

• Small plastic spoon (we typically need one spoon of ashes for each jewellery piece )
• Ring sizer ( if needed)
• A small pot or bag for inclusions
• Order confirmation form to double check.
• pre-paid 24 hr tracked return padded envelope

Once we receive the remains, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewellery piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7/14 days for in-stock Sterling Silver pieces depending on time of year times such as Christmas will be a long turn around. Please be mindful if your order has more than 2 pieces just to allow a little more time. 

Our 9/14ct pieces take around 6 weeks due to handmade to order and then hallmarked at the Edinburgh hallmarking office in accordance with law.

Your jewellery piece will be beautifully packaged with a keepsake jewellery box. Any unused remains will be returned to you. Your finished jewellery piece will be dispatched using a next-day special delivery service, with tracking information emailed to you.

Forever Near Memorial Jewellery introduce the new test pieces available at a massive discount cost as they are the first of a design that I will be stocking. They are at a reduced price as I would like to take product photos but there is only 1 available,

Once ordered you will be sent an email with the address to send your inclusions to. I always suggest 24/48hr TRACKED for safety. 

Please note that these settings take up to 4/5 weeks as they are being made to order. I always aim for quicker but please be aware.

Once your inclusions arrive the process is the same i will let you know as soon as they are with me then once your piece is finished it will be packaged and shipped 24hr tracked same as my standard pieces :) 

 Firstly we'd like to thank you for choosing Forever Near as the company of choice when it comes to creating a tribute in the memorial of your lost loved one, we promise to provide a simple and stress free process - 

We like to keep our process quick and easy where our clients are expected to do no more than the bare minimum.

Once you have found your perfect piece/s, picked a colour or opal you'd like to have. If you are picking a ring as your tribute and are not sure of your size just click unsure within the drop down and a size will be sent out within your pack. You can then order by adding to the cart and checking out with one of our trusted providers.

Once payment is made, an inclusion pack is sent out to the address you have provided please pop us an email if you need any help with this process via the chat or email us at info@forevernearjewellery.com. Someone will reply within 30 minutes. 

Within the pack will be 

* Your order form please double check the info and return.

* Ring sizer if needed.

* Small tightly sealed pouch for your inclusions which is clearly labelled for safety. 

* A prepaid 24hr tracked mailer - please note the tracking no on the mailer so you can follow via the royal mail app. 

You can drop the pack with your local post office or post box.

Once your pack is returned to us, you will receive a pack confirmation email. (please check your spam folder) 

The turnaround time for your item is 2/3 weeks please add 2-3 days per extra item. We always aim for sooner but during busy periods turnaround times can be up to 4 weeks but you will be notified beforehand. 

For custom pieces and gold these take up to 8 weeks as they are made to order then checked and hallmarked by the Edinburgh assay in line with the law. 

Once your order is finished it will be carefully packaged and shipped 24hr tracked by Royal mail. Your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email on the day of shipping. 

With engraved items the process is slightly different once ordered please send over via email to info@forevernearjewellery.com to make sure your images etc are perfect for your item. then all you will have to do is wait the 2/3 week turn around and then it will be shipped and packaged the same as all our jewellery.
