All files must be PNG, PDF or JPEG and the images/prints must be clearly defined. Any smudges, uneven lines or faded areas may not transfer accurately on to the final piece.
If you are unsure of anything please email us and we will advise you on what will work best for your image. ENGRAVING T&Cs **PLEASE NOTE: FINGER PRINTS NEED TO BE HIGH RESOLUTION WITH CLEARLY DEFINED LINES IN ORDER FOR US TO ENGRAVE THEM, SMUDGED, FEINT OR VERY DARK IMAGES WILL NOT WORK**
Your prints will be checked and then explained to you how they will look so you know what to expect. If you are still happy with this and proceed to payment it is then no fault of ours if you receive your item and say you aren't happy we can not return or refund for such a reason regardless of you knowing how your items will look it is also personalised and can not be resold.
Your order will be processed and shipped withing 14 days from ordering/emailing over prints, this may be longer due to volume on special dates such as christmas.
