Forever Near Memorial Jewellery - No Returns and Refund Policy
At Forever Near Memorial Jewellery, we understand the sentimental value and emotional significance of our products to our customers. As such, we have a strict No Returns and Refund Policy in place to ensure that each piece of memorial jewellery is handled with the utmost care and respect.
Policy Details:

Due to the personalized nature of our memorial jewellery, all sales are final after the 24 hour cooling off period for you to decide to change your mind before anything is created or posted.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.

Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment.
Exchanges:

We may offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective, subject to availability.

Exchanges will only be processed once the damaged item has been returned to us.

Some items do not have the hallmark engraved 925 stamp only due to the fact under a certain weight they do not need hallmarking by law this way your item can be filled correctly with the resin or engraved anywhere on the item. but if it is stated it is 925 silver it will have a laser stamp on the item which can come over over time but all items are 925 silver.

ENGRAVING T&Cs
**PLEASE NOTE: FINGER PRINTS NEED TO BE HIGH RESOLUTION WITH CLEARLY DEFINED LINES IN ORDER FOR US TO ENGRAVE THEM, SMUDGED, FEINT OR VERY DARK IMAGES WILL NOT WORK**
Your prints will be checked and then explained to you how they will look so you know what to expect. If you are still happy with this and proceed to payment it is then no fault of ours if you receive your item and say you aren't happy we can not return or refund for such a reason regardless of you knowing how your items will look it is also personalised and can not be resold.
Jewellery care policy
With pieces that contain crystals please note after 4 weeks we are not liable for stones falling out as all pieces are cleaned and checked within a sonic cleaner before leaving the workshop. You can purchase our jewellery servicing which includes 1-2 stone replacements as well as deep cleaning, filing & recoating.
Please note we use the highest grade resin for our pieces that have been sunlight and damage tested for many months some tests take 2 years. If you do not clean and keep your stone away from chemicals such as sprays, perfumes, makeup and even sweating from the gym or sun bathing and using the pool or hottub when away it will become dim, many customers who never take their pieces off choose to purchase the jewellery servicing to have their stone brought back to its's original beauty once a year. This is something we recommend if you never want to remove your item.

You are covered for 6 month if the resin memorial stone falls out but please note that we will ask for photos of the item to make sure this is a manufacturing fault and not a misuse of the item. If we deem the item as misused you are not covered for the replacement of the stone.
Please note as company we will always work hard to make you happy and do what is needed to get you piece back to its's original beauty.
