Jewellery Care Notice:

1. Storage: Store your sterling silver and gold jewellery in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, moisture, and heat. Consider using individual pouches or the jewellery box provided with soft lining to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

2. Cleaning: Regularly clean your jewellery using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and oils. We have provided a perfect cloth for this regular cleaning. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, then dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the metal.

3. Avoid Exposure: Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or using beauty products like lotions and perfumes. Chemicals in these products can accelerate tarnishing and affect the metal's finish along with wearing away the resin. Please note baking soda is a great way to remove tarnish.

4. Polishing: Use a jewellery polishing cloth specifically designed for sterling silver and gold to maintain its shine. Gently polish the metal surface in a back-and-forth motion to restore its luster.

5. Professional Care: For intricate or heavily tarnished pieces, consider seeking professional cleaning and maintenance services from a reputable jeweller or you can purchase our jewellery servicing which will restore and recoat your piece. They can help restore the brilliance of your jewellery without causing damage. Please note all sterling silver tarnishes over time without proper care it is not a manufacturing issue.

6. White and Rose gold jewellery will need recoating eventually as these colours are dipped they are not a original gold colour these finished are done over 9k solid yellow gold. We do not provide this service personally but can have it outsourced for you unless you have your own trusted jeweller who can do this for you. The better taken care of the gold is the longer the finish will last. Please note White and rose gold is still 9k gold it is not classed as plated the yellow gold is dipped. 

Remember, proper care and maintenance will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your sterling silver and gold jewellery for years to come.

With pieces that contain crystals please note after 4 weeks we are not liable for stones falling out as all pieces are cleaned and checked within a sonic cleaner before leaving the workshop. You can purchase our jewellery servicing which includes 1-2 stone replacements as well as deep cleaning, filing & recoating. 

Please note we use the highest grade resin for our pieces that have been sunlight and damage tested for many months some tests take 2 years. If you do not clean and keep your stone away from chemicals such as sprays, perfumes, makeup and even sweating from the gym or sun bathing and using the pool or hottub when away it will become dim, many customers who never take their pieces off choose to purchase the jewellery servicing to have their stone brought back to its's original beauty once a year. This is something we recommend if you never want to remove your item.

You are covered for 6 month if the resin memorial stone falls out but please note that we will ask for photos of the item to make sure this is a manufacturing fault and not a misuse of the item. If we deem the item as misused you are not covered for the replacement of the stone.
